2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to: Provide high-resolution images or videos for editing. Ensure that you have the legal right to use and edit the content provided. Provide clear instructions for edits and requirements.mustafa@editestate.com .
3. Payment & Pricing
- All prices for services will be communicated before starting the project.
- Payment is required as agreed in quotes or invoices.
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future projects with prior notice.
4. Delivery & Revisions
- Typical turnaround is 12–24 hours for standard edits.
- Clients are entitled to [1–2] free revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect client submissions or late feedback.
5. Cancellation & Refunds:
- Projects may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation for a full refund.
- Completed work or partially delivered projects are non-refundable.
- Client data, images, and videos will be kept confidential.
- We do not share client information with third parties without consent.
